Then, what came around as a revolution, just as when people thought that internet was getting boring: “THE ONE PAGE WEBSITE CONCEPT”

It has everything to do with a WEBSITE which has ONLY ONE PAGE!
Well, the concept is so unique as it completely fits in well with everything getting compact now-days, take for example : compact houses, cars, computers, mobiles.

The answer to that is very simple! Just the information which you want to portray to your audience!
Hopefully, it should consist of YOUR NAME AND LOGO , INFORMATION ABOUT YOU OR YOUR ORGANIZATION, CONTACT INFORMATION! and you are good to go. If you are a developer, there is no harm in displaying your art a little below in the page after all the information is told.
AVOID using phrases like: “Hey, I am Jack and i am a web designer” or “Hello there, this is me, fell free to look around” ! Well I hope you get this point as this generally makes the viewers a little bored and it basically defies the use of a one paged website.
Rest assured! There can be an everlasting debate on as to how a complete website is better than a One Paged Website. And obviously a complete website, if nicely made has a lot of advantages! But lets not go there now.
