In the recent past it has been seen that a brand make-over helps make an image or re-build a lost image of an organization. Now I really don't know as to why Airtel needed to do so. Just because they wanted themselves to be seen as a global player did not mean that their earlier logo or tune was bad! In fact, they were better than the new ones on a personal level!
